Refund Policy

At TixMission, we stand behind every transaction. Our refund policy is designed to give you complete peace of mind when purchasing tickets.

1. Cancelled Events: If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will automatically receive a full refund of the ticket price within 10 business days.

2. Undelivered Tickets: If your tickets are not delivered before the event, you will receive a full refund including service fees.

3. Invalid Tickets: If your tickets are rejected at the entrance due to an issue on our end, you will receive a full refund plus compensation.

4. Refund Process: Refunds are processed through the same payment method you used for the purchase. Processing usually takes 5-10 business days.

5. Exceptions: Refunds are not provided for: voluntary decision not to attend, rescheduled events (tickets remain valid), or external circumstances like weather or traffic.
